Neighborhood Eden is a nonprofit housing connector and operations agency dedicated to making government rent assistance work the way it should. We support families, landlords, and public agencies with the coordination, communication, and care needed to turn housing programs into real homes.

Our work sits at the intersection of community support and system operations. We help families navigate their housing journey, assist landlords in activating and maintaining units, and partner with cities and housing authorities to strengthen program administration, compliance, and overall system flow.

There is never a cost to families for our services. In New York City, there is no cost to landlords while city funding is available, as the city covers placement‑related fees.
In other locations, costs may vary depending on the project, program structure, and level of support required. Any fees are always discussed upfront and tailored to the specific partnership.
